Terms
Weeka Terms of Use.
These terms govern access to the Weeka website and application, operated by Kaysel Network Group LLC.
Regulatory status: Weeka does not currently claim HIPAA compliance and does not offer a verified Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Until those controls and agreements are confirmed in writing, do not use Weeka to store or transmit protected health information (PHI).
Account and authorized access
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and keep workspace members and roles current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
Business owners and administrators control invitations, permissions, and access to workspace data. Each person must use their own account; do not share passwords or tokens.
Permitted use and content
You may use Weeka to plan work, manage agencies and clients, create notes, coordinate teams, and generate reports. You must hold the rights and authorizations required for all content you enter or share.
You may not access another account, interfere with the service, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, use the platform for fraud or unlawful activity, or copy or exploit the product without authorization.
Subscriptions and billing
Pricing, trial period, billing frequency, and plan components are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Subscriptions renew under the checkout terms you accept until canceled through the billing portal or another available mechanism.
When a trial ends, a payment fails, or a subscription is no longer active, Weeka may restrict editing or place the workspace in read-only mode. Charges already incurred and Stripe records do not disappear when access closes.
Organization product, not professional advice
Weeka is a productivity tool for planning, documentation, and reports. It does not replace a clinical record, professional judgment, or medical, legal, accounting, or billing advice.
The person or organization using Weeka must review the accuracy of schedules, units, rates, notes, and reports before relying on or delivering them.
Availability, ownership, and third parties
We may correct, maintain, improve, or retire features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, although we work to keep it available and secure.
Weeka, its design, software, and original materials belong to Kaysel Network Group LLC or its licensors. Stripe, Google, Railway, Cloudflare, and other external services operate under their own terms.
Suspension, termination, and limits
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach, security risk, nonpayment, or legal requirement. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription through the available controls.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, and Kaysel Network Group LLC is not responsible for indirect loss or decisions made without verifying exported information. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
